What OwnEarth is
You can engrave a name and a message on a parcel and place structures on it. These are visible only inside the service.
What a parcel is
An OwnEarth parcel is a digital collectible that has meaning only inside the service. It is not a right to any real land or property, and it is not a financial product.
How to get a parcel
The price of a parcel is the amount shown on the purchase screen. A parcel is assigned to your account only after payment is confirmed. As a digital product, it is delivered immediately upon payment.

Season 1
In Season 1, parcels cannot be transferred, moved to another account, or exchanged for money. You cannot give a parcel to another user or turn it into cash.
Account
Only people aged 14 or older can sign up. An account may be used only by its owner. Transferring, selling, or lending an account is prohibited.
Payment
Payment processing is entrusted to PayPal, and email delivery to Resend.
Privacy
Sign-up and login: email address. Card numbers are not stored. Personal information is not provided to third parties.
Location data is not collected. When you use "My location" on the map, the coordinates are used only on your device and are not sent to the server.

Refunds
After delivery, withdrawal for a simple change of mind may be limited. Refunds are available when:
- Payment went through but the parcel was not delivered because of a service failure
- The same parcel was charged more than once
- A minor purchased without a legal guardian's consent (at the request of the minor or the guardian)
- Other cases where applicable law requires a refund
