OwnEarth Privacy Policy (Draft)

1. Personal information controller

• Service name: OwnEarth

2. Personal information we collect

• Sign-up and login: email address
• Purchases: the parcel purchased, payment date and amount, and the transaction identifier provided by the payment provider (we do not store card numbers)
• Content you engrave yourself: parcel name and message
• Collected automatically: access logs, browser type, error logs
• We do not collect location data. Even if you use "My location" on the map, the coordinates are used only on your device and are not sent to our servers.

3. Purposes of use

• Login and account management
• Purchase confirmation and payment-related notices
• Handling reports and preventing abuse
• News and event notices (only if you separately agreed when signing up)

4. Retention period

• Account information: deleted without delay when you withdraw
• Purchase and payment records: kept for 5 years under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
• Access logs: kept for 3 months under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act

5. Children under 14

• People under 14 cannot sign up.
• If a sign-up by a person under 14 is confirmed, the operator suspends the account and deletes the account and its personal information within 7 days of confirmation. Payment records that must be retained by law are an exception and are not used for any other purpose.

6. Provision to third parties and outsourcing

• We do not provide personal information to third parties.
• Payment processing is outsourced to PayPal, and email delivery to Resend. We will update this policy if the outsourcing changes.

7. Your rights

• You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information.
• You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.
